All Sales Are Final on Used or Opened Items

Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and energetic integrity reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns & Exchanges (Unopened Items Only)

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Conditions:

    •    Item must be unused and in original condition

    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping

    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For approved returns of unopened and unused items, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please print and securely attach the provided label before returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect upon arrival.

Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A description of the issue

    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping costs, at no additional cost.
